Co-axial Compound High-speed Disperser

High-speed Disperser is to dissolve, disperse and mix materials with different viscosity. Through the very high peripheral tip speed of the toothed disc, the strong shearing, crashing and friction forces generated between the materials and toothed disc disperse, dissolve and mix the materials efficiently. The large stress forces break down the agglomerates into the liquid or paste suspension.

1.Co-axial compound Dispersing Mixer is specially designed for the difficulty in mixing materials with medium-and-high viscosity fully. The high-speed toothed dispersing disc disperse the material in the mid of the container quickly and fully, the low-speed mixer with scraper both at side and bottom scrape the materials sticking to the walls off to the mid and mix them fully. So all the materials are dispersed and mixed fully without dead corner. The scraper is made of PTFE. The part contacting with materials is mirror polished, empty the materials completely and easy to clean.
